ACDI/VOCA seeks a specialist in Aquaponics for a Volunteer Assignment in Armenia. The selected Volunteer will provide technical assistance to the host in order to convert the fishery to a closed water supply system, including providing guidance on appropriate feed changes.

Tanager is an international nonprofit organization that stands at the forefront of global economic and social development, drawing on over three decades of expertise and proudly affiliated to ACDI/VOCA.
The selected volunteer will support Tanager by finding and developing multimedia content in India; developing donor-outreach materials on our India expertise and other areas; supporting social media efforts to promote Tanager’s projects worldwide; and researching earned media opportunities.
This assignment is Hybrid in nature with part-time remote support and 2-3 weeks of full time in person support at the India office. The total duration of the assignment will last for 3 months.

ACDI/VOCA is currently seeking a Specialist in International Development for an upcoming Service Learning Corps Assignment in Kenya. Tanager is an international nonprofit organization that stands at the forefront of global economic and social development, drawing on over three decades of expertise and proudly affiliated with ACDI/VOCA. Tanager's Kenya office requests volunteer assistance to support new business efforts.
Their business growth strategy is based on (a) expanding the reach, impact, and influence of current programming, and (b) capturing new funding opportunities that align with their overarching mission to drive positive change and contribute meaningfully to the communities served.
To achieve these objectives, Tanager requests volunteer support in building a comprehensive mapping of donor activity, preferences, and funding mechanisms in target geographies. This assignment will be a combination of remote desk research and an in-country trip to East Africa to conduct more intensive donor mapping and interviews with local stakeholders.
This assignment will last for three months and will take place remotely with a 2-3 week trip to Kenya which is anticipated for May/June.

ACDI/VOCA is currently seeking a Specialist in Animal Health for an upcoming Service Learning Corps Assignment in Bangladesh. ACDI/VOCA’s Livestock and Nutrition project requests volunteer assistance to encourage the adaptation of regenerative agricultural practices, especially those related to the production of small and large ruminants, and their integration with veterinary medicine.
The selected volunteer will consider, propose and pilot different avenues to integrate regenerative agricultural practices in the small holder livestock/farm production systems to increase economic sustainability and food security for climate vulnerable communities. This assignment will last for 3-4 months.
