ACDI/VOCA is currently seeking an Organizational Strengthening specialist for an upcoming volunteer assignment in Mozambique. ACDI/VOCA’s Resiliência Integrada na Nutrição e Agricultura (RESINA) project is requesting volunteer assistance to conduct an organizational assessment of one of their subawardees and develop an action plan to strengthen organizational capacity and pursue new donor awards. This assignment will utilize the Organizational Capacity Assessment tool for a facilitated self-assessment approach.

The assignment will last for approximately two weeks in country, in addition to preparation and research prior to departure. Travel and living expenses will be provided.

Volunteer Qualifications

• A University degree in Organizational Management, Leadership and Learning, or another relevant area.
• Demonstrated experience implementing organizational assessments. 
• Specific experience implementing an Organizational Capacity Assessment (OCA).
• Ability to develop Capacity Building Action Plans. 
• Good communication skills (oral and written).
• Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, WhatsApp and LinkedIn. 
• Available to travel in January or February 2025.
