ACDI/VOCA seeks a specialist in Collaboration Learning and Adaptation (CLA) (Livestock and Nutrition) for a Service Learning Corps Volunteer Assignment in Bangladesh. Bangladesh Livestock and Nutrition Activity is harnessing the Collaboration Learning and Adaptation (CLA) approach to improve the program's effectiveness. One of the key tools for facilitating this approach is the Learning Agenda, which guides efforts to address knowledge gaps, redefine strategies, and adjust action plans.

The selected Volunteer will play a lead role in advancing the Learning Agenda and facilitating internal and external learning. This will include assisting with the development of data collection methods and tools, and data analytics, as well as contributing to knowledge generation and dissemination initiatives.

This is a 3-month assignment, scheduled Summer of 2025. The selected Volunteer will travel to Bangladesh for 12 weeks.

• Work with the Activity team to gain a comprehensive understanding of the Activity, implementation mechanism, partners and partnership mechanism, and expected outcomes.
• Work closely with the MEL Director on developing learning agenda validation methodologies, data requirement mapping, and summarizing data for learning questions.
• Work with CLA Lead, and MEL Director on developing data collection tools, team building for data collection, and validation planning.
• Assist in data collection, coding and cleaning, data analysis, and synthesizing for each learning question and learning agenda.
• Work closely with the CLA team to develop learning cases, success stories, and other knowledge products that showcase the Activity’s contributions to program goals

• Graduate/Ph.D. student or recent graduate in Statistics, Monitoring and Evaluation, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field
• Experience in MEL, with a focus on learning and knowledge management, is preferred
• Expertise in qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis
• Strong ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and comprehensive reports
• Excellent cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous international experience a plus / Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and apps like Zoom, WhatsApp, Facebook Etc.
